Agreements are generally established in such a way that the company operating the online auction site only presents sellers to potential buyers. The court may issue an order of the “specific benefit” that requires the performance of the contract. In certain circumstances, a court will order a party to keep its promise (a “specific benefit order”) or to issue an injunction known as an “injunction of omission” that a party will refrain from doing something that would be contrary to the treaty. Some benefit is available for breach of a contract to sell land or real estate with reasons such that the property has a unique value. In the United States, through the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the specific provision in personal service contracts is only legal, “as punishment for a crime whose criminal must be wrongly convicted.”  Both a defined benefit decision and a referral order are discretionary remedies, the majority of which is of equity. Both are not available on the right and in most jurisdictions and in most cases a court will generally not order a particular benefit. A real estate sale contract is a notable exception. In most jurisdictions, the sale of real estate is enforceable by a given benefit.
Even in this case, the defence of an act of justice (such as laches, the good faith buyer rule or impure hands) can serve as a lock on a defined benefit. Oral agreements are based on the good faith of all parties and can be difficult to prove. In addition, there must be no stained factors (such as misrepresentations) that affect the validity of contracting.
